Chestnut mushrooms have a look that is very similar to a Shiitake, except that the entire mushroom is edible! This fungus has an awesome nutty and woodsy flavor, as well, the texture is still slightly “al dente” after cooking.
Packaged in Units of 0.5 lbs. Texas Fungus produces the best mushrooms available, and packaged fresh for you to eat at home.
