Texas Fungus is proud to offer the best mushrooms in the DFW area to our clients, delivered often within 24 hours of being harvested. While our production species changes slightly with the seasons, we are happy to produce a wide variety of mushroom varieties for our Chefs and Farmers Market family.
We grow three to five types of Oyster Mushroom each week – Blue, Elm (White), Golden, Italian, and Pinks. We also grow specialty mushrooms like the wonderfully delicious Lion’s Mane and Coral Tooth mushrooms, the gorgeous Chestnut mushroom, King Trumpet, Black Pearl, Maitake, and Shiitake. At times we will experiment with other species, so be sure to keep in touch with your favorite mushroom farmers!
