This mushroom is from the same genus as our Lion’s Mane, but it has an entirely different look and a sweeter flavor similar to a scallop or lobster. Because of its’ barbed-wire like branches with teeth, this mushrooms is great to chop up and sauté with other vegetables, or make into an awesome risotto!
Packaged in Units of 0.5 lbs. Texas Fungus produces the best mushrooms available, and packaged fresh for you to eat at home.
