Texas Fungus LLC ("Texas Fungus," "we," "us," or "our") grows and sells gourmet mushrooms and related products in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We will still send you messages about your orders even if you opt out of marketing.

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as keeping order records for tax and accounting purposes. We then delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
