Morels are a versatile ingredient, adding a lovely umami flavor to pastas, pizzas, tarts, and more. For the purists, after the soak, give them a quick rinse and then toss them into a hot, buttered pan. Sauté gently and enjoy!
Do not keep Morels for too long. They are best used on the day of purchase. If you cannot use them right away, make sure to store them dry in the refrigerator, for no more than 5-7 days.
